One of our premises is to offer first quality training service, catering for the needs of our customer. To achieve this purpose, our tasks are structured as follows:
First of all, we try to obtain full knowledge of the Customer’s standing by having interviews with high-ranking officers. As a result, we get acquainted with the organizational culture, which enables us to sense the needs of each sector.
Devising a project:
With the data available we are ready to devise a training project, which will be discussed and worked out with a committee appointed by the customer, until its approval.
Follow up / Evaluation.
During the implementation of the program, a series of evaluations will take place, in order to measure the progress of the participants towards the established objectives.
The purpose of Follow- Up is to evaluate and advise the participants, so as to achieve utmost efficiency of the new knowledge for best application within the organization. The way this will be carried out, ( time use of tutors and internal or external reports) will be agreed upon before designing stage, in accordance with the customer’s needs.
